SmartScreen warnings
Due to the low popularity of Winpinator, a SmartScreen warning window may appear when starting the installer. Winpinator is not a malware, its installer does not contain any toolbars or other bloatware (you can check it by opening the source code of the script on GitHub), so it is completely safe to bypass this warning by clicking More info, and then Run anyway.
